Are the AI-generated permits legally compliant?

PermitDesk generates drafts based on HSE Permit to Work guidance and established industry practice. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving every permit before it’s issued — the AI is there to help you draft faster and catch things you might miss, not to replace your professional judgement.

Can I switch plans or cancel at any time?

Where is my data stored?

All data is stored in the EU (Ireland). PermitDesk is built on Supabase (PostgreSQL) and is GDPR-compliant. We never sell your data or use it to train AI models.

Can I export my permits?

Yes. Every permit can be downloaded as a PDF at any time, directly from the permit detail page.

Do contractors need an account to accept a permit?

No. Contractors receive a secure link by email and can digitally accept the permit without creating an account or logging in. Only the permit-issuing team needs PermitDesk accounts.
